At Lulusllly, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. 

Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly refer to our size charts.

If you are not satisfied with the items you received, and wishing to return the item, pls check the details as follows.

-You should contact us within 48 hours( from the date that the item is received). 

-Luluslly accepts a partial refund for the item which does not fit. 

- If you are going to ship an item back to us, you should contact our customer support first within 24 hours; our customer representative will clarify for you. Please provide a detailed explanation in the return package, (including the order number, receiver and the reason why return). After we get the dress returned, we will do the refund, but shipping fee is not included, and there will be another 20% restocking fee. Hope you understand.

-We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or damaged by improper cleaning method. 

-We do not accept free returns, it means if the problem is not caused by our workers, we have the right to deny the return.

-Shipping fee and rush order fee is nonrefundable.

- All orders can not be canceled after 24 hours, if need cancel, there will be a fee from $30-$50 for the fabric & workmanship that has spent on the dress.

- If you need to do returns or exchanges, pls contact us in 14 days after you signed the package.

Pls send back the item within 3 days after you received the return address from the customer service.
